We Need Volunteers

Volunteering is a great way to make a contribution to the conference. In return, you will:

Meet and greet interesting people from around the financial community and
 be part of one of the best conferences that can changes lives!

We are in need of many different types of volunteers including:

• Information Hosts/Ushers
  Hosts will be responsible for meeting and greeting attendees and directing them to the correct registration lines and to meeting rooms.  

• Registration Support
  Assist in the registration of attendees. Volunteers should be able to work under pressure, be positive and energetic, able to think quickly and problem solve, and be customer service oriented.  

• Room/Speaker Hosts
  Room/Speaker Hosts are responsible for ensuring that each session room, as assigned, runs smoothly. Room/Speaker Hosts are responsible for welcoming participants; introducing the speaker(s) (introduction verbiage is provided), passing out presentation materials and surveys. Volunteers should be friendly and energetic.
   

• Speaker Liaisons
  Speaker Liaisons will greet guest speakers upon arrival and assure that there are no last minute challenges. They will be the liaison between the speaker and the conference coordinator.
